1. Delivery Time


1.1 Custom Curtains

Since our curtains are custom-made to meet your specific requirements and ensure you will have perfect curtains for your windows, it is necessary for us to allocate a certain amount of time for their production. As a result, our custom curtain order delivery time usually can be made up of two parts:

1)  Generally, we can get the curtain package delivered in 17 business days. Delivery time may vary based on your location.
2) For urgent orders, we offer Expedited Shipping, which delivers in 3–5 days for an additional $30. You can easily select this option at checkout.
3)  Please keep an eye out for your shipping notification email, which will include your tracking number.

1.2 Fabric Swatches

Your fabric swatches will be shipped out in 1 business dayand arrive at the delivery address in 3-8 days.

1.3 Curtain Tracks & Rods

Since your curtain rods and tracks are custom-cut, please allow 2 business days for processing and production. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3-5 business days.

**For orders containing both custom curtains and tracks/rods, please note that these items will be shipped in separate packages for their safety. Both packages will be dispatched on the same day.

2. Shipping Areas & Fee


1) We offer FREE shipping worldwide for custom curtains, curtain tracks & and rods. 
2) An expedited shipping option is available for an additional charge of $30.
3) Fabric Swatches orders have a $6.49 shipping fee.

3. Shipping Address


We only accept shipping to streets, like offices, and home addresses instead of military addresses and PO Box addresses.

4. Order Tracking


When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number and carrier, and you can use it to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Carrier


Orders on custom curtains are shipped by air, via DHL or FedEx or UPS , mainly.

6. Damage/Lost Package


We meticulously check all our products to prevent issues, but damage or loss may happen during transit.

If your product is damaged or lost, please try the following:

  • Take a picture showing the damage or describe the loss.
  • Report to local carrier:

    DHL: 1 (800) 225-5345 (US); 
  • Email us at support@unicurt.com with the problem and the relevant photos.

We’ll promptly address your issues and, if confirmed by the carrier, assist in locating or remaking your lost items.

7. Do I need to pay some duties or VAT ?


Yes, if there produce the duty and VAT. Any duties and VAT are on your side. The duties fees and VAT depend on the tax laws of your country custom.
