How long does it take to get approved?
The application review process usually takes 1-2 business days. We will review your certification and inform you by email within 2 business days.
How do I qualify for the Trade Program?
Enroll in the Trade Program by completing the online application and submitting the following supporting documents.
1. Professional Documentation:
Business License, Resale Certificate, or membership in a recognized industry organization (e.g., ASID, IIDA, or other professional documentation).
2. Online Presence:
Your company website or social media page.
Note: Resale Certificate is optional but can be used in lieu of a business license.
How do I get a Trade Discount?
After your application get approved, you will receive an email with the exclusive trade discount.
Do you offer trade pricing on all products?
Yes, trade pricing is available on all products. And if you have other preferred custom styles, please feel free to let us know and we will customize them for you!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity or amount required to receive the discount.
Do you offer free fabric swatches to trade partners?
Yes, once approved, you can order our full range of free fabric swatches. There is a free credit of $100 at a time. Simply fill in the shipping details and we will send you the complete fabric swatches to provide you with a complete reference to support your design work.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the type of items in your order and the selected delivery method. Please refer to our shipping policy for details.
What should I do if I need help with my order?
