What is the carrier?

Fabric swatches and sample booklets: Delivered by USPS or DHL with standard mailbox delivery (no signature required)
Custom curtains, tracks & rods: Shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL Express with door-to-door service. Signature may be required upon delivery to ensure your items arrive safely.

How long will it take to get my order?

Total delivery timeline (12-20 business days) includes:

Production period: 5-10 business days
Standard shipping : 7-10 business days , Expedited Shipping: +$30, arrives in 3–5 days

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
